Still Time to Sign-Up for Parallel Windsor 2023

clive579

With the high demand to take part in a national inclusive sports event and festival of inclusivity on Sunday (July 2) organisers have extended the deadline to enter until June 30.

So, you can still book to be part of Parallel Windsor and run, walk, wander, push or pull along Windsor Great Park’s stunning Long Mile in a truly inclusive event – with courses from 100m to 10k.

Whatever your level of fitness the event has been specially designed for people to start together but finish whenever.

One of the exciting new features is the SuperSensory 1k, supporting neurodiverse people with profound and multiple learning disabilities to exercise their senses over a series of challenges, such as responding to sound, taste, and touch.

Entry to the event will also include an inclusive family festival with music performances from acts including singer/songwriter James Holt, The Adult Autistic Choir and Bader’s Big Band, a charity village, interactive games and sports, arts and crafts, storytelling, skills and careers and food and drink from around the world.
