Live to Your Living Room is back – so settle back and relax in the comfort of your own living room for a live music gig.
A very special gig on September 11 features multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Greg Russell.
No longer touring, this is a rare opportunity to see Greg play a curated selection of his favourite songs. Some of which he has written, some of which he has borrowed, all of which he loves singing very much.
A two-time BBC Radio 2 Folk Award winner, Greg has toured extensively over the last ten years, both solo and as part of duos and groups. He is well known for his partnership with Ciaran Algar, as well as supporting musicians including Karine Polwart and Lau.
Greg is also known for his creative involvement in folk opera The Transports and Shake the Chains – celebrating the role of music in social change and protest alongside folk luminaries including Peggy Seeger and Nancy Kerr.
To watch the show live or opt-in to receive a recording of the gig, available for 72 hours, visit https://livetoyourlivingroom.com/ for details.
Live to Your Living Room delivers the very best of the folk, roots, and acoustic music scene live to your home, great for anyone who can’t get to gigs because of their disability, insurmountable problems in getting there, just too ill or, as is the case with autistic people, completely out of their comfort zone in a social setting.
