Evenbreak awarded Best Places to Work 2023

Evenbreak has received the Best Places to Work 2023 certification following a survey of staff.

Employees from the social enterprise, which is run by and for disabled people, completed an anonymous survey for the award to give feedback on the culture, career and development opportunities, leadership and talent management.

Best Places to Work is an international certification programme that provides employers with the opportunity to learn more about the engagement and the satisfaction of their employees and honour those who deliver an outstanding work experience with the highest standards on working conditions.

Evenbreak now joins a prestigious group of companies worldwide that are committed to the highest standards of working conditions and a high focus on employee experience.

Founded by Jane Hatton (pictured above), Evenbreak signposts jobs and offers employers support on becoming more inclusive and accessible to disabled jobseekers and employees. It also runs a career service for disabled candidates through its Career Hive Service.

“I am truly humbled by this result because this is based on anonymous responses collected from our valued employees,” said Jane.

“We work hard every day to ensure that we are providing an environment where our people can enjoy where they work and be successful. This award recognises the contribution of every single one of our employees.”
