An attempt to hold the largest disability exercise class ever held in the UK will take place at Naidex.
Â
With just one week to go until this year’s high-profile event for the disabled community, preparations are being finalised to run the largest online live adapted exercise class from the NEC in Birmingham.
Â
Organised by Able2B – an organisation improving day to day outcomes for people with a disability using Sport’s Medicine Principles – the event will take place at 10.30am on March 20.
Able2B co-founders Jon Thaxton and Rachael Hutchinson will lead a 15 minute live class, involving those present at Naidex and online participants.
Â
The aim is to get as many people across the UK as possible participating in an adapted session that’s suitable for all levels of ability, including severe physical & learning disabilities.
Â
You can join in at Naidex on the Village Green or from the comfort of your own home via Zoom at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81088900529?pwd=UklwRVlYRHc3RXZjQ0xqZXd3YitwZz09. Meeting ID: 810 8890 0529/Passcode: 893406
