Disabled flying charity Aerobility is launching season two of its online interview series which features stories from some of the most inspirational figures in aviation.
The upcoming season features a lineup of nine guests, who each share their experiences and revelations from both their personal lives and aviation careers.
Harriett Pound, an Airbus A320 captain for a major European airline, will host the engaging, inspiring, and sometimes emotional series about overcoming adversity.
Former A320 Captain Emma Henderson MBE (pictured above) is the first guest in the hot seat for the new series of Inspire-Ability which begins on Friday (12th). Emma is the Founder and CEO of ‘Project Wingman’ as well as a UK Government Aviation Ambassador.
Future guests include Founder of the Aviatrix Project, Kanchana Gamage and Former Army Doctor and RAF Navigator Dr Catherine Ruddick.
“We are very excited to be launching this brand-new season of Inspire-Ability,” said Aerobility CEO Mike Miller-Smith.
“Our aim for the series is to highlight the remarkable stories that often go untold. Each episode is an opportunity to celebrate the resilience, passion, and diversity within the aviation community.”
Episodes will be released every Friday at 4pm on Aerobility’s YouTube Channel YouTube.com/AerobilityCharity as well as on major platforms as a podcast.
Aerobility provides opportunities for people of all ages with a wide range of disabilities to take to the skies and even learn how to fly, either airborne in an aircraft cockpit, or virtually from their home.
