An inclusive arts festival run by The Orpheus Centre in Surrey takes place this Saturday (June 22).
Orphest will feature live performances from Up Orchestra and Just So Choir, Midnight Sky, The Jet Sets, The Threetles, 100 Mile High and headliner act Run in the Shadow - The Fleetwood Mac Experience.
Set up by songwriter, lyricist and musician Richard Stilgoe in 1998, the Orpheus Centre in Godstone is a unique performing arts college for disabled young adults.
The centre’s performing arts projects develop their young artists’ skills and experience in drama, music, dance and multimedia, alongside preparing them for independent living.
And there will be exclusive performances from the talented Orpheus students at Saturday’s event.
There will also be fabulous activities and stalls, including a Kidzone, packed with fun games and activities such as face painting, glitter tattoos, hook a teddy bear and smash the egg.
Tickets for the event, which runs from 1pm-9pm, are £20 for adults and under 12s go free. For further details and to book visit https://www.orpheus.org.uk/
