Kick-Off For Rugby League’s Three Lions

Legends will be made, nations will collide and champions will be crowned during the Rugby League World Cup from Saturday October 15 to Saturday November 19...

This year, for the first time, the wheelchair competition will be part of the Rugby League World Cup main event. It will be part of the same brand, with the same profile and will receive the same level of support.

Wheelchair rugby is genuinely the most inclusive sport of all – not solely a disability sport, as non-disabled people are welcome to compete as well, and both men and women can play in the same team.

The Rugby League Wheelchair World Cup will be contested by eight teams – Australia, England, France, Ireland, Scotland, Spain, USA and Wales - with an epic opening clash between England and Australia at the Copper Box Arena in London on November 3.
