National mobility retailer CareCo has been named a Disability Confident Leader.
The Level 3 accreditation was issued for CareCo’s commitment to:
· Actively recruit, retain, and develop disabled employees.
· Ensure fair recruitment practices, including accessible job adverts and interviews.
· Provide reasonable adjustments in the workplace for disabled employees.
· Foster an inclusive workplace culture where disabled employees feel valued and supported.
